Does it work on private accounts?
No. Only public Reels can be transcribed.
Is there a length limit?
Reels up to about two minutes work best. Longer videos may not transcribe.
Is it free?
Yes. Paste a link and get the transcript, no account needed. To keep it free for everyone there is a small daily limit per visitor.
Do you store the video?
No. We never download or host the video. We only fetch the spoken words, and we keep the text so the same video loads instantly next time.
What if the video has no speech?
Videos that are only music, sound effects or text on screen have nothing to transcribe. The tool will tell you instead of returning made-up text.
