Step 1

Pick one niche and list 10 questions

Faceless works when every video circles the same topic. Your topic is the thing you sell. Your videos are the questions your customers ask before they buy. Paste this into Claude:

I sell [your offer] to [your customer]. List the 10 questions my customers ask most before they buy, in their own words. Then rank them by how much the answer changes their decision.

That list is your next 10 videos.

Step 2

Use the 20-second story structure

Time	Beat	Example
0-2s	One big question on screen	"How do you know a treatment will work for you?"
2-4s	Flip it in 2 or 3 words	"You don't."
4-14s	Three short beats that show the answer	"You look at the before. You look at the after. You look at who it worked for."
14-20s	One line payoff	"Proof beats promises."

One question. One flip. Three beats. One payoff. Nothing else.

Step 3

Turn a question into a script

Write a 20-second faceless video script that answers this customer question: [question]. Structure: a big question on screen (under 10 words), a 2 to 3 word flip, three short beats under 8 words each, and a one-line payoff. Write it the way I talk: [paste 3 of your captions]. No jargon. No hashtags.

Run it once per question. Keep the ones you would actually say out loud.

Step 4

Pick your visuals

You don't need a camera. Each beat gets one visual:

Words typing on screen for the question and the flip
Objects that stand for the answer: a calendar, a receipt, a phone
A silhouette or a hand for the human moment
One bright color that repeats in every video, so people recognize you

AI tools can make every one of these. The style matters less than doing it every week.

Step 5

One link in bio

Jordan has one link. That's it. Pick the one thing a new viewer should do (book, buy, join) and put only that in your bio. Every video points there.
