Claude Cowork
Cowork lets you delegate marketing work using your files and connected apps. It can produce documents, run recurring tasks, and build interactive artifacts.
Three useful ways to use it
| Use | Marketing example |
|---|---|
| Finished deliverable | Turn customer interviews into a messaging brief or presentation |
| Scheduled task | Prepare a competitor update every Monday |
| Interactive artifact | Build a dashboard or campaign tracker you can reopen |
Projects keep related files and instructions together. Skills supply your preferred method. Cowork overview.
Try this: a weekly competitor brief
First, add your offer summary and competitor list to a Cowork project. Run this once:
Review the competitors in my list. Find their recent launches, pricing changes, and new content. Create a one-page brief with source links, three implications for our offer, and any information you could not verify. Save it for my review.
Check the first result. Then open Scheduled → New task, reuse the instructions, and choose Monday at 9 a.m. with your timezone. Confirm the schedule and review future runs.
Cloud schedules can work while your computer is off using connected services and account files. Keep the required sources accessible there. Scheduling guide.
What is an artifact?
An artifact is a saved interactive output, such as a dashboard, tracker, or comparison tool. You can reopen it and ask Claude to revise it.
For example: “Turn this competitor comparison into a dashboard with filters by audience and offer type.”
A schedule controls when work runs. An artifact is something you use. Creating a dashboard alone does not establish a recurring refresh. Artifacts guide.
When to choose Cowork
Choose it when you want to delegate through a visual workspace with minimal technical setup. Review evidence and calculations before using the output; keep sending and publishing subject to your approval.
