Chapter 17

Funnel Building with Claude

Connect your content, offer, hooks, and proof into one funnel you can review before building.

Start here

Use Hormozi Funnel Brain for the reusable instructions. This is an independent adaptation inspired by Hormozi’s frameworks, not an official or endorsed Skill.

Provide your audience, current offer, customer research, real proof, and any existing funnel pages. Missing information becomes a research task, not an invented testimonial or result.

Build it in five stages

StageWhat you work onWhat you approve
1. Content planBuyer questions and themesA provisional calendar
2. OfferDesired outcome, confidence, time, and effortOne offer direction
3. HooksClear ways to introduce that offerA small set of openings
4. ProofEvidence that supports the promiseAccurate proof stories
5. Funnel reviewThe path from attention to inquiryPrioritized fixes

Start with the offer if you do not have one yet. After the proof review, revisit the content plan and hooks so every promise matches the evidence.

Try this request

Use the Funnel Brain Skill with my audience, offer, research, and proof files. Start by checking what is missing. Work through one stage at a time and wait for my approval. Keep the first pass small: three content themes, three offer options, five hooks, available proof stories, and three funnel fixes. Do not build pages or publish yet.

Example: an AI video service

A draft funnel might connect:

A post about slow video production → a production checklist → a relevant conversation → an implementation call.

The offer should explain what gets delivered, what the buyer must provide, and what evidence supports the outcome. A claim about faster production needs actual evidence.

The review checks whether the post, checklist, and call invitation address the same buyer problem.

What to check before building

  • Offer: can you deliver the promise within the stated scope?
  • Proof: does each story have a real source and permission to use it?
  • Next step: is the action clear, with working links and a useful destination?
  • Measurement: can you distinguish visits, inquiries, booked calls, and held calls?

Then implement one approved funnel and observe its results. Planning scores help compare options; they do not predict conversion.
